We were so thrilled to be working collaboratively and contributing our architectural services to the growth of this amazing local business. It all started with two fantastic individuals, Alayne and Jason MacIsaac, inspired by the land and one another. They took their first steps in realizing their vision: creating and sharing finely crafted spirits that evoke a strong sense of place and embody bold culinary artistry. Fast forward a few years, a win at the world’s biggest gin competition, and here they are moving to a bigger, better location, at #103 – 4382 West Shore Parkway, Langford, B.C.

Alayne and Jason approached us with specific ideas of what they wanted and needed for that second location: a tasting bar, a production area, private offices, a group private office, storage, an accessible washroom, etc.
The project has been deemed complete and here are a few sneak peeks!
