Contract Documents

Contract documents, or working drawings are the medium for instructing the contractor on what to build on the site, and where. Our team has extensive knowledge of building materials, building envelope design, and building code expertise.

“What a beautiful environment you designed. We often talk about how you were able to capture the exact feeling that we were hoping for – casual and comfortable but still elegant. Thanks again for all your help.”

Thank you to the whole team at MJM Architect for the nice card I received. It was very nice working with all of you regardless of the project outcome (with the Municipality). I will choose you in any future project without any little doubt.

We had the pleasure of working with Michael Moody when we built our custom home in 2013.  We were impressed how quickly and effectively he was able to take our list of desires and convert it into a home design.  He was also attentive to sunlight and view considerations and provided us virtual imaging to help visualize the end result, which is regularly admired by friends, family and passersby. We would gladly recommend MJM Architects to anyone building a new home.

Very much recommend working with Michael at MJM Architect Inc! He was very professional, yet super friendly. He designed a house plan for us just based on a few notes that we had given via email even BEFORE our initial meeting so we had something to visualize. We really enjoyed working with Michael

Mike Moody designed our home, he did outstanding work. We found him to have a sensible and pragmatic approach to realizing our design. He was easy to work with and amenable to achieving our specific vision.

I am so thankful to Michael and the MJM team for helping me complete this journey. It must be a small project for the company, but the team and Michael have been so helpful. As you know, this is my first time to running a business in Canada and every single procedure was challenging for me. They always gave clarification and an answer that I needed to know. MJM’s communication skills are outstanding!

I hope I will be contacting them with another project. Thank you so much for everything you have done for me.
